Steps to get your signature card

• You need a coupon code to fill out the application form. You can order this code direct from us. You can use our contact form above, telephone oder email. Please don't forget your invoice adresse for the signature card.
  
  
• After getting the coupon code from us, you have to fill out the application form: https://www.trustcenter.de/en/TCQSign_service.htm
  After filling out the form, print the form and sign it. Make a copy of your passport and sign the copy.
  
  
• For the issuance of qualified certificates a secure identification of the applicant is required to comply with legal requirements. TC Trust Center offers the following options:
  
  a. Please use the In-Person Identification form, which must be filled out and presented to the staff at a German embassy, consulate or identpoint, together with an official ID document, to be certified. The German Foreign Office advises users to find out beforehand if the embassy/consulate has been authorised to certify such documents.
  
  b. Identification by a notary public
  The user has his identity confirmed by a notary of his/her choice in the user's country of residence. Typically, the notary confirms the applicant’s signature on the application form. This confirmation includes identity verification. Subsequently, the notary must obtain a Hague apostille to authenticate this identity verification. According to the German Foreign Office, the notary can obtain a Hague apostille here.
